What the model said
I made three small additions to `0.html`, which was a single line containing only a doctype and a title: - **Language:** `<html lang="en">`, so screen readers and translation tools know the language. I assumed English; change it if the page will be in something else. - **Character encoding:** `<meta charset="utf-8">`, so non-ASCII text renders correctly. - **Viewport:** the standard `width=device-width, initial-scale=1` meta tag, so the page scales properly on mobile. I kept the original terse style, with no optional `<head>` or `<body>` tags, and left the title as `0`. The page still has no visible content, since I didn't want to invent any. I did not run it through a validator or open it in a browser.
