What the model said

`0.html` was a bare doctype and title, so I added the three things any page should have and left the rest alone:

```html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<meta charset="utf-8">
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
<title>0</title>
```

- **`lang="en"`**: lets screen readers and translation tools know the language. I assumed English, so change it if that's wrong.
- **`charset="utf-8"`**: stops the browser guessing the encoding.
- **viewport**: makes the page render at device width on mobile rather than as a zoomed-out desktop page.

I kept the original style of omitting the optional `<head>` and `<body>` tags, and did not add any content or styling, since the page is still empty and I had nothing to go on. Nothing was run to check it; it is a static file with no tests or tooling alongside it.

If you had something more specific in mind, such as actual content, styling, or metadata, tell me what the page is for and I'll build it out.
