What the model said

`0.html` was just a doctype and a title, so I added the standard baseline a page needs and left the rest alone:

```html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<meta charset="utf-8">
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
<title>0</title>
```

- **`lang="en"`** tells screen readers and translation tools the language; change it if the page isn't English.
- **`charset="utf-8"`** stops non-ASCII characters from rendering as garbage.
- **`viewport`** makes the page scale properly on phones.

I kept the minimal style of the original (no explicit `<head>`/`<body>` tags, which HTML allows you to omit). I haven't opened it in a browser.

The page still has no body content and the title is still "0". If you tell me what the page is for, I can give it a real title and content.
