What the model said

`0.html` was a single line (`<!DOCTYPE html><title>0</title>`) with nothing else in the directory to go on, so I kept it a minimal, still-empty page and added the three things it was missing:

- **`<html lang="en">`** so screen readers and translation tools know the language (I assumed English).
- **`<meta charset="utf-8">`** so the encoding is explicit rather than guessed by the browser.
- **`<meta name="viewport" …>`** so it renders at device width on mobile instead of a zoomed-out desktop layout.

I left the title as `0` and kept the terse style with optional `<head>`/`<body>` tags omitted, which is still valid HTML. I haven't run it through a validator or opened it in a browser.

If you had something else in mind by "improve" (actual content, styling, a more descriptive title), tell me what the page is for and I'll build it out.
