What the model said
`0.html` was a single line (`<!DOCTYPE html><title>0</title>`) with nothing else in the directory to go on, so I kept it minimal and added only the pieces every page should have: - **`<html lang="en">`**: tells screen readers and translation tools the language. I assumed English. - **`<meta charset="utf-8">`**: stops the browser guessing the encoding. - **`<meta name="viewport" …>`**: makes the page scale properly on mobile. The page is still blank with the title `0`, and I kept the terse style of the original (no optional `<head>`/`<body>` tags). I haven't opened it in a browser. If you had something else in mind by "improve" (actual content, styling, a specific purpose for the page), tell me what it's for and I'll build that out.
