What the model said

I made `0.html` a more robust document while keeping it as the same blank page titled "0". I haven't opened it in a browser or run it through a validator.

The original was just `<!DOCTYPE html><title>0</title>`, so there was little to work with. I added three things:

- **Language:** `<html lang="en">`, so screen readers and translation tools know the language. I assumed English.
- **Character encoding:** `<meta charset="utf-8">`, so any non-ASCII text you add later renders correctly.
- **Viewport:** the standard `width=device-width, initial-scale=1` tag, so the page scales properly on mobile.

I kept the original's minimal style, leaving out the optional `<head>` and `<body>` tags, and added no content or styling since nothing indicated what the page is for.

If you had something else in mind, such as actual content, styling, or a description and other metadata, tell me what the page is meant to be and I'll build it out.
