What the model said

`0.html` was a bare one-line document (`<!DOCTYPE html><title>0</title>`), so I added the three things a valid minimal page was missing and left everything else alone:

- **`<html lang="en">`** tells screen readers and translation tools what language the page is in. I assumed English.
- **`<meta charset="utf-8">`** declares the encoding explicitly, so the browser doesn't have to guess it.
- **`<meta name="viewport" ...>`** makes the page render at device width on mobile instead of as a zoomed-out desktop layout.

I kept the terse style of the original, so there are still no `<head>` or `<body>` tags, which are optional in HTML. The page is still blank and the title is still `0`. I haven't opened it in a browser or run it through a validator.

If you had something else in mind by "improve" (content, styling, a more descriptive title), tell me what the page is for and I'll build it out.
