What the model said
This is a well-built pulsing circle SVG/CSS animation. A few concrete improvements I'd make: dedupe the 3 identical `ring` elements into one with staggered `animation-delay` (already done, good), but the CSS custom properties for colors aren't actually used in the SVG gradients (hardcoded hex duplicated), and the `pulse`/`highlight` sync could be smoother with a subtler easing. What's the goal — visual polish (smoother/nicer motion), code cleanup (remove duplication, use CSS vars consistently), or something else like adding interactivity/theming?
