What the model said

`0.svg` was an empty SVG with no content, so there was very little to improve: I only added an explicit size and coordinate system, and it still draws nothing.

**Before**
```xml
<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"/>
```

**After**
```xml
<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" viewBox="0 0 100 100" width="100" height="100"/>
```

- **Sizing:** without these attributes, browsers fall back to a default 300×150 box. The `viewBox` makes it scale cleanly and gives any future shapes a defined coordinate space.
- **The 100×100 size is my arbitrary choice.** Change it if you have a target size in mind, such as 24×24 for an icon.
- **Not validated:** the `xmllint` well-formedness check was blocked because this session can't approve that command, so the file is untested.

To go further I need to know what the file should depict — for example the digit "0", an icon, or a placeholder — and I can draw it.
