What the model said

`0.svg` was an empty image — just `<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"/>` with nothing drawn — so there was no artwork to improve. I made the one safe structural change available:

```xml
<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" width="300" height="150" viewBox="0 0 300 150"/>
```

- **Explicit `width`/`height`**: these match the 300×150 default browsers already use for an unsized SVG, so it renders the same as before.
- **`viewBox`**: gives it a defined coordinate system, so anything added later scales properly when the image is resized.

I tried to check the result with `xmllint`, but that command was blocked because this session can't approve permission prompts, so the file has not been validated by a tool. The file also now ends with a trailing newline.

I didn't invent any content, since the file gave no hint of what it should depict. If you tell me what it should show (an icon, a logo, a numeral "0", a placeholder), I can draw it.
