"The end." is a standard, complete way to close a text, but strictly speaking it isn't a full sentence because it has no verb. Adding one word to "The" can't produce a sentence with both a subject and a verb. If you need that, it takes at least two words, like "The end came." Tell me if you want me to switch to that.
