What the model said
I turned `0.html` from a one-line stub (just a doctype and `<title>0</title>`) into a complete HTML5 skeleton. I added: - **`<html lang="en">`**, which tells screen readers and search engines the page is in English - **`<meta charset="utf-8">`**, so special characters display correctly - **A viewport meta tag**, so the page scales properly on phones - **Explicit `<head>` and `<body>` sections** The page still has no content, and I kept the title as "0". If you tell me what the page is for, I can add the real content, a better title and some styling.
