What the model said
`0.html` only had a doctype and a `<title>`, so I turned it into a complete HTML5 page skeleton: - **`<html lang="en">`** tells screen readers and translation tools what language the page is in. - **`<meta charset="utf-8">`** makes browsers read the text as UTF-8, so non-ASCII characters display correctly. - **The viewport meta tag** makes the page display at the right size on phones. - **`<head>` and `<body>`** are now written out and indented for readability. Browsers added them automatically before, so the page looks the same. I kept the title as "0" and didn't add any content, since there wasn't any to begin with. If you tell me what the page is for, I can add a real title, content or styles.
