What the model said
I turned `0.html` into a complete HTML page. It used to be just a doctype and `<title>0</title>`. Now it has: - **Language:** `lang="en"` on the `<html>` tag, which helps screen readers and search engines. - **Encoding:** `<meta charset="utf-8">`, so special characters display correctly. - **Mobile display:** a viewport tag, so the page is sized properly on phones. - **Structure:** explicit `<head>` and `<body>` sections. The page is still blank and the title is still "0". If you tell me what the page is for, I can add a real title and content.
