What the model said

`0.html` only had `<!DOCTYPE html><title>0</title>`, so I turned it into a standard HTML5 page. I added:
- `<html lang="en">`, which helps screen readers and search engines
- `<meta charset="utf-8">`, so text shows up correctly
- a viewport meta tag, so the page scales properly on phones
- explicit `<head>` and `<body>` sections

I kept the title as "0". The body is still empty. Tell me what the page is for and I can add content, styling or a better title.
