What the model said

`0.html` was a single line (`<!DOCTYPE html><title>0</title>`), so I kept it minimal and added only the three things a bare document is missing:

- **`<html lang="en">`** so screen readers and translation tools know the language. I assumed English.
- **`<meta charset="utf-8">`** so the encoding is declared rather than guessed by the browser.
- **`<meta name="viewport" …>`** so it renders at device width on mobile instead of a zoomed-out desktop layout.

I left the title as `0` and added no body content, since there was nothing to indicate what the page is for. The optional `<head>`/`<body>` tags are still omitted, in keeping with the original's terse style. I did not run it through a validator.

If you had something else in mind by "improve" (actual content, styling, a more descriptive title), tell me what the page is for and I'll build it out.
