What the model said

`0.html` was a single line (`<!DOCTYPE html><title>0</title>`) with nothing else in the directory to go on, so I kept it as a minimal blank page and added the three things it was missing:

- **`<html lang="en">`**: tells screen readers and translation tools what language the page is in. I assumed English.
- **`<meta charset="utf-8">`**: sets the encoding explicitly rather than leaving the browser to guess.
- **`<meta name="viewport" …>`**: makes the page render at device width on mobile instead of a zoomed-out desktop layout.

I left out the `<head>` and `<body>` tags to match the original's terse style; the file is still valid HTML5 without them. I did not run it through a validator or open it in a browser.

The page still has no visible content and the title is still `0`. If you had something else in mind by "improve" (actual content, styling, a specific purpose for the page), tell me what it's for and I'll build that.
