What the model said
`0.html` was a single line (`<!DOCTYPE html><title>0</title>`), so there was little to improve beyond the document basics. I added three things and kept the rest as it was: - **`<html lang="en">`**: lets screen readers and translation tools know the language. I assumed English; change it if that's wrong. - **`<meta charset="utf-8">`**: sets the encoding explicitly rather than leaving the browser to guess. - **`<meta name="viewport" ...>`**: makes the page scale properly on mobile. I kept the terse style with optional `<head>`/`<body>` tags omitted, which is still valid HTML. The page still has no body content and the title is still "0", since I had no way to know what the page is for. If you had something else in mind by "improve" (real content, styling, a more descriptive title), tell me what the page is for and I'll build it out.
