What the model said

`0.html` was a single line (`<!DOCTYPE html><title>0</title>`), so I kept it minimal and added only the three things a bare document is missing:

```html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<meta charset="utf-8">
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
<title>0</title>
```

- **`lang="en"`** tells screen readers and translation tools what language the page is in. I assumed English, so change it if that's wrong.
- **`charset="utf-8"`** stops the browser from guessing the encoding.
- **`viewport`** makes the page render at device width on phones instead of as a zoomed-out desktop page.

I left out `<head>` and `<body>` tags to match the original's terse style; they are optional in HTML. The page still has no content, and the title is still `0`. If you had something else in mind (actual content, styling, a more descriptive title), tell me what the page is for and I'll build it out.
