What the model said
`0.html` was a bare doctype and title, so I added the three things a minimal page is missing and left everything else alone: - **`<html lang="en">`**: tells screen readers and translation tools the language. I assumed English. - **`<meta charset="utf-8">`**: fixes the encoding explicitly instead of leaving the browser to guess. - **`<meta name="viewport" …>`**: makes the page render at device width on mobile instead of a zoomed-out desktop layout. I kept the terse style of the original, with no `<head>` or `<body>` tags (they're optional in HTML5) and the title still `0`. The page still has no body content; I didn't invent any, since I don't know what it's for.
