What the model said

`0.html` was only a doctype and a title, so I kept it minimal and added the three things a bare page is usually missing:

- **`<html lang="en">`**: tells screen readers and translation tools the language. I assumed English.
- **`<meta charset="utf-8">`**: fixes the encoding so non-ASCII text doesn't get garbled.
- **Viewport meta**: makes the page render at device width on phones instead of a zoomed-out desktop layout.

I kept the terse style of the original (no `<head>`/`<body>` tags, which HTML allows you to omit) and didn't add any content or styling, since there was nothing to indicate what the page is for. The title is still `0`, and I haven't opened it in a browser.

If you had something else in mind, such as real content, styling, or a fuller boilerplate, tell me what the page is meant to be and I'll build that out.
