What the model said

`0.html` was a single line (`<!DOCTYPE html><title>0</title>`) with nothing else in the directory to hint at its purpose, so I kept to baseline improvements and didn't invent content:

- **Language:** added `<html lang="en">` so screen readers and translation tools know the language. I assumed English.
- **Encoding:** added `<meta charset="utf-8">` so the encoding is declared rather than guessed by the browser.
- **Viewport:** added the standard viewport meta so the page scales properly on mobile.

I kept the terse style of the original (no optional `<head>`/`<body>` tags) and left the title as `0`. The page still renders blank and I haven't opened it in a browser.

If you had something else in mind, such as actual content, styling, or a more descriptive title, tell me what the page is for and I'll build it out.
