What the model said

`0.html` was a single line (`<!DOCTYPE html><title>0</title>`), so I kept it minimal and added only the three things a bare document is missing:

- **`<html lang="en">`**: lets screen readers and translation tools know the language. I assumed English.
- **`<meta charset="utf-8">`**: sets the encoding explicitly instead of leaving the browser to guess.
- **`<meta name="viewport" …>`**: makes the page render at device width on mobile rather than as a zoomed-out desktop page.

The page still has no body content and the title is still `0`. I left out `<head>` and `<body>` tags, which are optional in HTML, to match the original's terse style, and I have not run it through a validator.

If you had something else in mind by "improve" (real content, styling, a more descriptive title), tell me what the page is for and I'll build it out.
