What the model said

`0.html` was just a doctype and a title, so I kept the changes to the basics a bare page was missing:

```html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<meta charset="utf-8">
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
<title>0</title>
```

- **`lang="en"`**: tells screen readers and translation tools the page language; I assumed English.
- **`charset="utf-8"`**: stops non-ASCII text from being garbled.
- **viewport meta**: makes the page render at device width on phones instead of a zoomed-out desktop layout.

I kept the minimal style of the original (no optional `<head>`/`<body>` tags). The page still has no body content and the title is still "0" — I didn't invent either, since there was nothing to go on. I haven't opened it in a browser or run it through a validator.
