What the model said

`0.html` was a valid but bare document (`<!DOCTYPE html><title>0</title>`), so I added the three things it was missing and left everything else alone:

```html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<meta charset="utf-8">
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
<title>0</title>
```

- **`lang="en"`** tells screen readers and translation tools what language the page is in. Change it if the content won't be English.
- **`charset="utf-8"`** makes the encoding explicit, so non-ASCII characters render correctly.
- **The viewport meta** makes the page scale properly on mobile instead of rendering at desktop width.

I kept the original's minimal style, omitting the optional `<head>` and `<body>` tags, and didn't invent any content, since the page is empty and the title `0` gives no hint of what it's for. I haven't opened it in a browser or run it through a validator.

If you had something else in mind, such as actual content, styling, or a more descriptive title, tell me what the page is for and I'll build it out.
