What the model said

`0.html` was a bare doctype and title, so I added the three things every page should declare and left the rest alone:

```html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<meta charset="utf-8">
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
<title>0</title>
```

- **`lang="en"`** tells screen readers, translation and hyphenation which language to use. I assumed English, so change it if the content will be something else.
- **`charset="utf-8"`** makes the encoding explicit instead of leaving the browser to guess.
- **viewport** makes the page render at device width on mobile rather than as a zoomed-out desktop layout.

I kept the original terse style, with the optional `<head>` and `<body>` tags omitted; it is still valid HTML. I did not run it through a validator or open it in a browser.

The page still has no content and the title is still "0", since I had nothing to go on for what it is meant to be.
