What the model said

`0.html` was only a doctype and a title, so I added the basics every page should have and left the rest alone:

```html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<meta charset="utf-8">
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
<title>0</title>
```

- **`lang="en"`**: lets screen readers and translation tools know the language. English is my assumption, so change it if the page will be in another language.
- **`charset="utf-8"`**: stops browsers guessing the encoding.
- **viewport**: makes the page scale properly on mobile instead of rendering at desktop width.

I kept the original style of omitting optional tags (`<head>`, `<body>`), which is still valid HTML. I did not run it through a validator.

The page still has no content and the title is still "0", since I had nothing to go on for what the page is for.
