What the model said

I added the three things the page was missing and left everything else alone, since `0.html` was only a doctype and a title:

```html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<meta charset="utf-8">
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
<title>0</title>
```

- **`lang="en"`**: tells screen readers and translation tools the language. I assumed English, so change it if the page will be in something else.
- **`charset`**: declares UTF-8 explicitly, so browsers don't guess the encoding.
- **`viewport`**: makes the page render at device width on phones instead of a zoomed-out desktop layout.

I kept the original style of omitting the optional `<head>` and `<body>` tags, which is still valid HTML. I didn't run it through a validator or open it in a browser.

The page still has no body content, and the title is still `0`; I didn't invent any.
