What the model said

`0.html` was just a doctype and a title, so I added the three things a bare page is missing and left the rest alone:

```html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<meta charset="utf-8">
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
<title>0</title>
```

- **`lang="en"`** tells screen readers and translation tools which language the page is in. Change it if the page won't be in English.
- **`charset="utf-8"`** makes non-ASCII characters render correctly.
- **`viewport`** makes the page scale properly on mobile instead of rendering as a zoomed-out desktop page.

I kept the original minimalist style, omitting the optional `<head>` and `<body>` tags, which is still valid HTML. I didn't open it in a browser or run it through a validator.

The page still has no body content and the title is still `0`, since I had nothing to go on for what the page is for. Tell me what it should contain and I'll build it out.
