what changed from step 051
Nothing. The file is byte-identical to step 051.
What the model said
I didn't change `0.html`. It's already a solid, modern boilerplate, and the only obvious gap is that it has no content: `<main>` is empty and the title is just "0". Better defaults alone wouldn't add much.
The existing file already covers:
- **Setup:** charset, viewport, `color-scheme` for dark mode, and an empty favicon (which avoids a failed `/favicon.ico` request).
- **Resets:** `box-sizing`, text-size-adjust, and form controls that inherit the page font.
- **Readable text:** a `65ch` line length, balanced headings, pretty paragraph wrapping and word breaking.
- **Accessibility:** visible focus outlines and a reduced-motion override.
Small additions I could make:
1. Add a `<meta name="description">` and a real `<title>`.
2. Put a starter `<h1>` inside `<main>`.
3. Add base styles for links, code blocks and tables (for example `pre { overflow-x: auto; }` and `table { border-collapse: collapse; }`).
4. Set custom `--fg`, `--bg` and `--accent` colours that switch with light or dark mode.
What is this page for? If you tell me what should go on it, I can build the content and layout rather than just adjusting the boilerplate. Or say "do 1–4" and I'll apply those changes.
