What the model said

I updated `0.html`. It still shows the same black circle; I haven't opened it in a browser to check.

- **No unwanted scrollbars:** `width: 100vw` was replaced, since it can cause horizontal scrolling when the page has a scrollbar. The body now uses `min-height` with `100dvh`, which handles mobile browser toolbars correctly.
- **Simpler centering:** the flex setup is now `display: grid; place-items: center`.
- **Fits small screens:** the circle stays at most 400px but shrinks to fit narrow or short windows instead of overflowing.
- **Tidier styles:** added `box-sizing: border-box`, and `display: block` on the SVG to remove the small gap below inline elements.
- **Accessibility:** the SVG now has `role="img"` and a `<title>` ("Black circle") so screen readers can describe it.

If you meant a different kind of improvement, like adding color, animation or more content, tell me what you have in mind.
