What the model said

I updated `0.html`. It still shows the same black circle, but the page code is sturdier. I haven't opened it in a browser to check.

- **No stray scrollbars:** The page no longer sets its width to `100vw`, which adds a horizontal scrollbar on systems that show scrollbars. The page height now uses `min-height` with `dvh`, so it works properly with mobile browser toolbars.
- **Works on small screens:** The circle is now `min(400px, 90vmin)` wide, so it shrinks on small screens instead of overflowing. It stays 400px on larger screens.
- **Simpler centering:** The circle is centred with a CSS grid instead of flexbox, which takes less code.
- **CSS reset:** I added the standard `box-sizing: border-box` rule. I also set the SVG to `display: block`, which removes the small gap that can appear under inline images.
- **Accessibility:** The SVG now has `role="img"` and a `<title>`, so screen readers announce it as "Circle."
- **Colour:** The circle uses `fill="currentColor"`, so you can change its colour by setting `color` in CSS.

If "improve" meant something else, like styling, animation or a clearer page title, tell me the goal and I'll change it.
