What the model said

I tidied up `0.html` without changing how it looks on a normal screen: it's still a 400px black circle centred on the page. I haven't opened it in a browser to check.

- **No stray scrollbar:** the body no longer uses `width: 100vw`, which can cause horizontal scrolling when a vertical scrollbar is present.
- **Mobile height:** the body now uses `min-height: 100dvh` (with `100vh` as a fallback), so centring stays correct when mobile browser toolbars show or hide.
- **Small screens:** the circle shrinks to fit viewports narrower or shorter than 400px instead of being clipped.
- **Accessibility:** the SVG now has `role="img"` and a title, "Black circle", for screen readers. Hovering the circle will also show that text as a tooltip.
- **Sizing:** added `box-sizing: border-box` to the reset.

I left the page title and the SVG id (`ae683f770`) alone, since they look like generated identifiers that something else may rely on. If the page title is free to change, a descriptive one would be a further improvement.
