What the model said
I made `0.html` more robust without changing how it looks on a normal desktop screen: it is still a black 400px circle centred on the page. I haven't opened it in a browser to check. - **No stray horizontal scrollbar:** the body no longer uses `width: 100vw`, which overflows when a vertical scrollbar is present. - **Correct height on mobile:** the body uses `min-height: 100dvh` (with `100vh` as a fallback), so the circle stays centred when mobile browser toolbars show or hide. - **Fits small screens:** the circle shrinks to fit viewports narrower or shorter than 400px instead of being clipped. - **Accessible:** the SVG has `role="img"` and a `<title>`, so screen readers announce it as "Circle". - **Box sizing:** I added `box-sizing: border-box` to the reset. I left the page title and the id `ae683f770` alone, since they look like generated identifiers something else may depend on. The "Circle" label is a placeholder I chose; change it if the graphic stands for something more specific.
