What the model said

I made one small change to `0.html`: I added `overflow: visible` to the `svg` rule (`0.html:26`). The circle's radius equals half the SVG's width, so its edges touch the boundary, and some browsers slightly clip the smoothed edge pixels there. Letting it draw past the boundary keeps the edge round. I haven't checked it in a browser.

The rest of the file already follows good practice, so I left it alone. If you meant a different kind of improvement, tell me what you're after and I'll do that instead. Some options:
- a dark-mode version
- a bit of space around the circle
- converting it to a single `<div>` with `border-radius`
- a hover or animation effect
