What the model said

`0.svg` was an empty SVG (just a bare `<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"/>`), so there was no artwork to improve. I only gave it a sensible structure:

```svg
<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" viewBox="0 0 24 24" width="24" height="24" aria-hidden="true"/>
```

- **`viewBox`**: gives it a coordinate system so it scales cleanly.
- **`width` / `height`**: gives it an explicit size, where before it fell back to the browser default of 300×150.
- **`aria-hidden="true"`**: screen readers skip it, since it has no content.
- **Trailing newline**: added at the end of the file.

The 24×24 size is my guess at a typical icon grid, and it still renders nothing. I did not invent any artwork, since the filename alone doesn't say what it should be.

What should this file actually show (for example a "0" glyph, an icon or a placeholder), and at what size?
