What the model said

`0.svg` is an empty SVG, just the root element with nothing inside it:

```svg
<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"/>
```

There is nothing to improve yet, and I haven't changed the file, because anything I added would be a guess at what it should contain.

What should it depict? For example, is it a "0" digit glyph, an icon, or a placeholder? A rough intended size would also help. Once I know that, I'll draw it with a proper `viewBox` and a title for accessibility.
