What the model said

`0.html` was a bare doctype and title, so I added the three things a minimal page was missing and left it otherwise as terse as it was:

- **`<html lang="en">`**: tells screen readers and translation tools the language; I assumed English.
- **`<meta charset="utf-8">`**: sets the encoding explicitly rather than leaving the browser to guess.
- **`<meta name="viewport" …>`**: makes the page render at device width on mobile instead of a zoomed-out desktop layout.

I kept the title `0` and the page still has no body content, since there was nothing to indicate what it's for. I haven't opened it in a browser.
