What the model said

`0.html` was a single-line, valid-but-bare document (`<!DOCTYPE html><title>0</title>`), so I kept it minimal and added only the three things nearly every page should have:

- **`<html lang="en">`**: tells screen readers and translation tools the language. I assumed English, so change it if that's wrong.
- **`<meta charset="utf-8">`**: makes the encoding explicit instead of leaving the browser to guess.
- **`<meta name="viewport" …>`**: makes the page render at device width on phones rather than as a zoomed-out desktop page.

I left out `<head>` and `<body>` tags to match the original's terse style (they're optional in HTML). The page still has no content and the title is still "0", since I had nothing to go on for what the page is for. Tell me what it should show and I'll build it out.
