What the model said

`0.html` was a bare doctype and title, so I added the three things a minimal page is usually missing and left it otherwise as terse as it was:

- **`<html lang="en">`**: lets screen readers and translation tools know the language. I assumed English.
- **`<meta charset="utf-8">`**: stops the browser guessing the encoding.
- **`<meta name="viewport" …>`**: makes the page render at device width on phones instead of a zoomed-out desktop layout.

I kept the optional `<head>`/`<body>` tags omitted, matching the original style; the page is still valid HTML and still blank, with the title `0`. I did not open it in a browser or run it through a validator.

If "improve" meant something else (actual content, styling, a more descriptive title), tell me what the page is for and I'll take it from there.
