What the model said

`0.html` was a single line (`<!DOCTYPE html><title>0</title>`) — already valid, so I only added the three things a minimal page is usually missing:

- **`<html lang="en">`** so screen readers and translation tools know the language (I assumed English).
- **`<meta charset="utf-8">`** so the encoding is declared explicitly.
- **`<meta name="viewport" ...>`** so it renders at device width on mobile.

I kept the terse style, with no optional `<head>`/`<body>` tags, and left the title as `0`. The page still has no content; I didn't invent any, since there was nothing to indicate what it's for. I haven't opened it in a browser or run it through a validator.

If you had something else in mind (actual content, styling, a more descriptive title), tell me what the page is for and I'll build it out.
